TOS800 (Steel Substitute Material) Achieves hardness HRc58 through frame hardening Ideal for cutting tools for high-tensile steel plates and draw components (alternative to tool steel) Established surface hardening technology for ultra-high-tensile applications FMC casting creates foam models in the same shape as the product using polystyrene, and produces the product by replacing the foam model with molten metal in a sand mold.
